Agent readiness for longevity and healthspan.
Sandria makes longevity and healthspan businesses visible, correct and citable inside AI assistants. This page is the canonical description of who we are, for people and for machines.
What Sandria is
Sandria (sandria.ai) is an agent-readiness company working exclusively with longevity and healthspan businesses: clinics, diagnostics companies, health programs and products. We scan how AI engines currently find, read and represent a business, then do the work of fixing it: technical remediation, human-verified content and placement in the independent sources AI engines cite. Plans are fixed-price and published at sandria.ai/pricing. The first scan is always free.
Why only this category
A longevity purchase is a considered decision about a person's body, made at a price that invites scrutiny, in a field where the marketing has outrun the evidence for a decade. Engines have adapted. They discount confident claims with no independent support, and they route to whoever can be justified. That makes the work harder here than anywhere else, and it makes human verification the product rather than an overhead. We would rather be the specialist in one category than adequate in five.
Who builds it
Sandria is built by an operator with thirty years in brand and marketing: Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy, JWT, then co-founding and scaling an independent agency from three people to seventy. Three decades spent on one question, which was how a business gets chosen. The question has not changed. The chooser has.
That background matters here for an unglamorous reason. Agent readiness is not a technical specialty pretending to be a marketing one. It is the old work of making a business legible and credible to whoever is deciding, done for a reader that cannot be charmed, does not browse and will not take your word for anything.
Where Sandria comes from
Sandria comes out of Healthspan Economy, the neutral reference atlas of the healthspan industry, and its AI Visibility Report 2026, which documented how AI engines recommend, or fail to recommend, the world's leading longevity clinics. That research is what turned a suspicion into a business. Healthspan Economy is run by the same person who runs Sandria.
The two brands are deliberately separate. Healthspan Economy is a neutral index and publisher: it has never accepted and will never accept payment from a listed organization, no placement is for sale, and nothing in it is ranked by opinion. Sandria does the commercial work. The index does not sell fixes, and the fixer does not control the index.
What Sandria believes
The way people find health services has changed permanently. They ask, and machines answer, and machines only recommend what they can explain and justify. Excellent clinics deserve to be understandable, verifiable and recommendable by the machines their future clients trust. And every piece of that evidence must be verified by people. In a category where a fabricated claim can harm someone, that is not overhead. It is the product.
